This was another successful year for the NBKA at the Royal Norfolk Show. There were two observation hives on show this year, and a new exhibit on bee anatomy and behaviour was added. The skep making from last year was upgraded to a giant size, and done outside with a large selection of helpers. There was a photo board where people could have their photos taken as bees, and several results were uploaded to the NBKA Facebook page. The honey and hive products show was a success, with a variety of entrants, and the results are on our website.

In addition to the successful honey show, we were delighted to receive the Somerleyton Cup, awarded each year to the trade stand with the most effective conservation or environmental exhibit.
